Oconee Country Club is a semi-private golf club that was built in 1948 on an old farmstead just outside the city limits of Seneca, S.C.. To attain the timeless beauty required by Angela Grande Design, New York, New York, Couristan’s woven Axminster program developed the spectacular finished products that you see today in the Bar Lounge, Main Dining, Pro Shop, Locker Rooms and Main Staircase areas of the country club. Roughly 853 square yards of carpeting was used to create a clean and balanced foundation that offers a sense of timeless charm. The Oconee boasts two practice greens, practice range, stocked golf shop, lessons available from a PGA professional, lounge and a grille. The club was awarded 2nd place in 2012 Golf Inc.’s Renovation of the Year.
