The Pennsylvania Convention Center demanded a carpet that would stand up to heavy traffic, be virtually seamless and have a strong yet pleasing design. The solution, Couristan’s Omni Weave Axminster program. Designed by Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates, Atlanta, Georgia, this stylish art deco installation was previously part of the historic home of the Reading Railroad. Throughout the adjoining Convention Center there are interesting floor decorations which can be found in the form of linear motion overlaid by sweeping curves and regiments of block motifs.
