Shema Dougall Design Associates, in Pasadena, California, specified Couristan’s Omni Weave Axminster program to create over 16,000 square yards of carpeting for the Junior Ballroom, Pre-function areas and Private Meeting Rooms of The Venetian Resort, Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Inspired by the splendor of Italy’s most romantic city, Venice, Project Designer Cathy Kohl and Principal/Director Terry Dougall incorporated the aesthetics of Venetian artwork to design these magnificent Axminster installations, complementing the stunning architecture and aesthetics found throughout this luxury resort.
